Turmeric: Home Remedies

#1 Remedy for acne, blemishes, and dark spots

Put 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder in a small bowl. Add half of the lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix it well until fully incorporated. Evenly apply it to your face and leave it for 20 minutes. Rinse it off until the yellow residue is gone.


#2 Anti-inflammatory turmeric tea recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of organic coconut milk

  • a sprinkle of ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon of raw honey

Directions:
