Avoiding gluten and sugar but still looking for a dessert?

Here is a beautiful a delicious pear Frangipane with no gluten or refined sugar:



Crust

- 1 1/2 cups almond flour - 1 large egg - 2 tbsp butter

Mix together and flatten into a pie tin.

Filling:

- 6 Tbsp butter, softened - 1/3 cup honey - 1 large egg - 3/4 cup almond flour - 1 tsp almond extract - 1 Tbsp vanilla extract - 1 Tbsp coconut flour

Whisk together butter and honey. Add egg and continue to whisk. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into the crust. Thinly slice 4ish pears and gently press them into the filling. Bake for about 20 min on 350f.
